EGR Valve Emulator for VW SEAT SKODA 1.2 TDI CFWA

EGR valve emulator for VW SEAT SKODA vehicles with 1.2 R3 12v TDI CR 55kW engine (engine code CFWA)

When EGR valve is faulty or removed engine ECU detects it and engine runs in a limp-home mode and check engine light is on. This emulator simulates the operation of the EGR valve, preventing the ECU to report DTC and allow engine to run smooth without errors.

Vehicles with 1.2Tdi CFWA engine:

• SKODA Fabia 1.2 TDI 2010 ->
• SKODA Fabia Combi 1.2 TDI 2010 ->
• SKODA Roomster 1.2 TDI 2010 ->
• SKODA Praktik 1.2 TDI 2010 ->

EGR valve must be in closed position. If it will be open, emulator will not work correctly without a blanking plate.

INSTALLATION

1. Disconnect original EGR connector
2. connect emulator to EGR connector on engine wiring
3. cut signal wire from MAF sensor (pin 4)
4. connect black wire to MAF side and grey wire to the engine ECU side
