EGR valve emulator for VW SEAT SKODA vehicles with 1.2 R3 12v TDI CR 55kW engine (engine code CFWA)

When EGR valve is faulty or removed engine ECU detects it and engine runs in a limp-home mode and check engine light is on. This emulator simulates the operation of the EGR valve, preventing the ECU to report DTC codes and allow engine to run smooth without errors.

• SKODA Praktik 1.2 TDI 2010 ->

EGR valve must be in closed position. If it will be open, emulator will not work correctly without a blanking plate.

INSTALLATION

1. Disconnect original EGR connector
2. connect emulator to EGR connector on engine wiring
3. disconnect MAF connector
4. connect emulator to MAF and connector on engine wiring
