Payment

Payments are processed by PayPal and/or Stripe by default. Other payment options available upon request. The purchase price for the Products does not include value-added tax as we are not registered as VAT payer. Items shipped from Lithuania and not subject to any import tax or duties within EU. Any export charge, import charge, tax or similar surcharge cost shall be borne by purchaser.

Shipping

All items available in stock are shipped within 1-2 business days after the payment. Back-order items shipping date estimate within 24 hours after purchase or by contacting us before purchase.

Shipping price calculated on checkout. Standard shipping is FREE for orders over 60€.

Delivery time varies and depends on carrier selected:

Standard Shipping takes ~5 -30 days. 

Express Shipping takes 1-3 business days in Europe (can take longer to some locations)

Downloadable Items become available for download or/and sent to email immediately, but not later than 24 hours, after the payment.

Return rights

You are able to cancel the order up to 14 days after you have received the order, assuming the product has not been put to use. If you want to cancel an order you should contact us within 14 days after the order has been received. When you cancel the order, you should ship the order back to us no later than 14 days after you have contacted us regarding the cancellation. The return shipping cost is paid by the customer. We will refund the paid amount excluding shipping cost when we have received the returned order or when the customer has presented adequate documentation proving the return shipping. The paid amount is refunded using the method used during checkout.

Note that if you’re purchasing  digital product and you’re therefore waiving the 14 day return right upon purchase.

Returning an order

Any orders should be returned in the original packaging and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the returned order is safely packaged for shipping. When returning an order, the return shipment is the responsibility of the customer – please make sure to keep any shipping receipt and tracking number. Please also ensure the return is marked as a return to avoid duties. The condition of the returned order is considered when refunding the paid amount (if the order has been damaged, the refund of the paid amount will be reduced according to the damages to the order).
